Came across your info on Couc and seems I have lineage there.
Marie Madeline Couc married Maurice Menard and they had a child named
Marguerite Menard and she married Pierre Bouleau and had a son named Amable
Boileau and he married Louise Vigen Taupier and they had a daughter Louise
Roberge Boileau who married Prisque Asselin and they had a daughter Ursule
Asseline who married Louis Peltier Antaya and they had a daughter Sophie
Peltier who married Joseph Amlaw (Hamelin) and they had a son Willard Amlaw
who married Eva Jane Chase and they had a daughter Mary B Amlaw who was my
great-grandmother.
Have you checked into Marie Madeline Couc's mother? Do you know what tribe
she is from? Please let me know if you find anything out.

Hi.
Thanks for all the data you sent me. I have the Couc family in my database
because Madeleine is my 7th great grandmother. The information was taken from
my father's genealogy, commissioned to the Institut Drouin of Montreal back in
1943. The information did not specify the tribal origin of Madeleine's parents.
I'll keep your e-mail attached to the data, if I ever come across something,
I'll make sure to contact you.
